Everblock Electric is a Victoria-based electrical contractor built around one standard: work done the way marine electrical demands, applied to every job we take on.
I grew up on the Prairies dreaming of living by the ocean. That dream brought me to Vancouver Island, where the love of boats turned into the work: marine electrical systems through Everblock Electric.
I've always been driven by the challenge of seeing a problem and finding a creative, reliable solution. My background in industrial controls, troubleshooting, electrical systems, and networking made the move into marine work feel natural — boats are complex, interconnected systems that demand precision and foresight. Whether it's designing and troubleshooting charging and power management, or installing and networking navigational equipment (chartplotters, radar, AIS, autopilots, and NMEA 2000 systems), I take pride in building systems that work when it matters most.
What keeps me motivated is people. There's nothing better than seeing a boat owner's face light up when a long-standing electrical issue is finally solved, or when a system performs better than expected. Reliable power and dependable navigation on the water aren't just convenience — they're safety, comfort, and peace of mind.
From sailboats and powerboats to liveaboards and commercial vessels, my goal is the same: clear communication, solid workmanship, and results that exceed expectations.
Originally from the west coast of Australia, I relocated to Vancouver Island in 2018 to pursue marine electrical work and immerse myself in the Island lifestyle. Twelve years in the electrical trade, eight of them spent specifically on marine electrical systems — from routine dockside troubleshooting to full boat refits.
Free consultations, straight answers, and no upselling work you don't need. We explain what we find, what it costs, and why — whether that's a two-hour troubleshooting call or a multi-day heritage rewire.
Including when the answer is that you don't need the job. We'd rather talk you out of a panel upgrade than sell you one your service doesn't need.
Booked windows we keep, work that's permitted and inspected, and a panel the next electrician can actually read.
Call, email, or book online — we'll get back to you fast.
